This past Saturday we decided last minute to go to a soccer game just down the street at Rio Tinto Stadium. We have a Pass of All Passes which gets us into several places for free (like water parks and fun centers) and every now and then Pro soccer games. We went to get tickets to a USA Gold Cup match vs. Cuba about 45 minutes before game time, thinking there was no chance there'd be any free tickets left but figuring it wouldn't hurt to try. Luckily, we got some!!! And our seats, which were pretty high up, ended being awesome because there was some rain as well as some crazy-hot temps, but we were in a section that was covered. Sweet! And we ended up winning 4-1. (Logan wasn't too happy. He wanted the blue team. :D)
So.....the day before, Friday, was a fun but long day for Logan. Hours spent playing at Boondocks for Dad's work party, then more hours spent playing with friends, topped by a late night (and early morning) spent sleeping outside in a tent (which he LOVED.) Needless to say, Logan was TIRED. And yes, he sure did fall asleep while sitting atop Dad's shoulders on the walk back to our car. Hilarious.
