Disneyland 2013

---May 13---

***WARNING*** Lots and lots of pictures coming your way in the next few posts.

My WONDERFUL in-laws planned a wonderful Bell Family Reunion to Disneyland this year. After almost a year of anticipation, a few weeks ago we made our way to the Happiest Place on Earth!!! And it was everything I hoped it would be, especially for Logan. Because when you go to Disneyland with a 3 year old, the funnest part is watching his face light up with excitement and joy at all the wonders that Disneyland holds.

We decided to fly rather than drive. A 12 hour road trip at 6 1/2 months pregnant and with a 3 year old just really didn't seem all that enticing. And this was Logan's first plane ride where he'd be old enough to know what it was. More excitement for him!!!
 Waiting in the security line.

Showing, but really covering up, his wings he got from JetBlue. Great airline, by the way!
Looking at the planes take off and land.

Mickey also waited patiently and comfortably.

On the plane!

Watching Toy Story on Mom's tiny i-pod.

We made it to the Disneyland Hotel about 3 hours before our room was ready, so we killed some time with the Rowlands. We ate lunch, played in an Autopia car, sat around, and watched Goofy from afar (okay, that was just Logan, not the other boys.)

After FINALLY checking into our room (with the awesome headboard that lit up and played music), we changed and went right back out to the pool, which felt so good in 100 degree weather. It was Logan's first visit to the pool this year, too and thankfully he took right to the water like he had last year. All he wanted to do was swim laps across the pool, and he wouldn't accept any help, either. (He had a life vest on. He can't really swim yet.)

Starting out on one of his many laps.

Then we walked a little bit through Downtown Disney. Logan's highlight was of course the Lego store with all it's awesome Lego figurines and the Lego car racing.

Next on the itinerary........DISNEYLAND!!!
