Only in Utah?

About a month or so ago, Trina and I were driving back to work from lunch. We were stopped at a red light and I looked over and saw this. I couldn't believe it, I thought it was hilarious. Trina keeps her camera in her purse, so I took a picture of it. I showed some people at work and one guy was like "Only in Utah." Hmm, if you look at the license plate, you can see that it is NOT a Utah license plate. Nor is it an Idaho license plate. It is an Ohio plate. Way to represent Buckeyes!
